I have been a flight attendant for 37 years for Delta. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I've purchased. The first new one. When I went in to Broadway my intention was to browse. My 2003 Hyundai XG 350 definitely reached its life span. Because of Ken Yahnke's professional demeanor, great sense of humor,genuine personality, he was able to influence me in a positive way. I was more than happy to purchase the vehicle. Even though I was just looking. My credit was uncertain due to just getting off Disability. I had 8 surgeries in 5 years. I felt no pressure to purchase. It was completely stress free. And I thank him for that.Even the whole presentation of how they delivered my vehicle was a class act. I had the car for about a week and when I got in the car I saw a warning light on. My day was completely booked and a funeral.I had to fly the next day to Munich,Gernany. I stopped by to ask Kenny, what the light was, he said it was a tire light. He showed me where the service department was. And walked me inside like a gentleman. Well they found a 4-1/2 in. screw in my tire that could not be repaired. With all the errands and funeral that was the last thing I needed. I asked if I could use a vehicle due to time constraints. I was given a vehicle to use and got a call from the service department saying my car was ready 10 minutes earlier than promised. What a great crew of employees.
