He then brought the vehicle into the showroom because it was a very cold day and walked me through the car and how to operate things. I thought it was great customer service that he was kind enough to bring the vehicle inside. I then took the vehicle for a test drive and really loved it. From there he worked with me on the pricing that I was looking for. At the time of pick up the salesman again went through all the features of the vehicle to ensure I was comfortable with how they all worked.
