Worked with Brandon and had a great experience. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he made everything happen. I wanted a specific color and seat configuration and he brought it from anoth I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he made everything happen. I bought a Hyundai from Carvana and wanted it inspected to be sure everything was okay. I hadn’t notice any problems, but wanted the piece of mind. The vehicle checked out just fine. We’ve had good experiences with Subaru and Kia at other Bergstrom locations, so expected the same with Hyundai. We weren’t disappointed. :) More

My wife brought her Palisade in for an oil change and tire rotation. She asked about the condition of her tires and asked for an estimate for new ones. The tech told her she had 10% life left and said th tire rotation. She asked about the condition of her tires and asked for an estimate for new ones. When she got home there was an email with pictures of very dirty cabin and engine filters which they then put back in the car and failed to advise her of their condition. We since had the filters replaced at AUTOSELECT. Didn’t appreciate having to make a separate appointment to have this done. Your customer service is lacking terribly. We are looking for tires some place else where they are more concerned with our safety. More
