Bought a used car. Had several ?'s, which everytime I asked a ? was given a vague answer. We also were in shock that no one took the time to go over the features of the car and how to best use them, prio asked a ? was given a vague answer. The car is a 2019 and wasn't even washed, nor was the interior polished up. The last car we bought at another dealer in town, offer three free oil changes, went over the cars features, and had the car washed and in tip top shape. More
