Recall Service I dealt with Cassie regarding the recall on my vehicle. Not only did they fix that, but found 3 other things that were also under extended warranty an I dealt with Cassie regarding the recall on my vehicle. Not only did they fix that, but found 3 other things that were also under extended warranty and fixed ALL of it! Cassie went far beyond my expectations and everything was done in a timely fashion. She kept me in the loop about everything. I never felt in the dark. They even set me up with a beautiful 2016 Malibu to use while my SUV was getting fixed. She knew who I was when I came in ...think of all the people they deal with daily-and to have them"know" you by name when you come in is just so awesome!
