My sales guy lied to me about my car. When I was purchasing it he told me that it was a loaner vehicle of bergstrom's when you have your car in for service. They loan it out therefore the car was never prior owned. Turns out the car was purchased at auction from a car rental service in Texas. I was lied to and therefore my car is worth a lot less than what it should be worth because it was prior a loaner and my salesman lied to me. I asked him straight out and he told me that it was a Bergstrom vehicle which is a direct lie. I took this up with Daniel who is the assistant general manager of the entire place and told the guy we needed to talk in emails. He insisted on using his private phone number to keep it confidential and to keep it in text messages. He told me all he would do for me is offer me an extended warranty. I already have an extended warranty because it's a certified pre-owned Hyundai. Therefore he offered me nothing. Literally nothing. When I explain this to him he didn't care. Bergstrom does not care about their customers at all. Then when I went for an oil change they couldn't get me in in time so that I wouldn't avoid my warranty. Berkshirem simply does not care and Daniel should be fired for the way he mistreats lies and cheats his customers. I am severely not satisfied with Bergstrom. They've cost me about $5,000 in losses because of the lies they said when I purchased my vehicle. They tried saying that the Carfax report showed that it was prior owned. The thing is is I didn't see a Carfax report. I had tablet shoved in my face here sign here. It's a standardized form. I signed it turns out in a state of Wisconsin. It's illegal to do that. Also in a state of Wisconsin. If the salesman says that the car is something that it's not, that's illegal. They can't have you sign a piece of paper to take away your legal right. And this is what Bergstrom is trying to do. Do not trust Bergstrom automotive. They cheat the customer and they don't make it right. As far as a general manager goes, Daniel should be fired. He continues the lie and he protects his salesman rather than protecting his customer. And the thing is is my prior car was purchased from there and this car was purchased from there. So I'm a repeat customer you think they would want to keep me at this rate? I'll never go to Bergstrom to buy another car. Hyundai should step in and take over because Bergstrom lied to me More

I live in Washington state and flew to Appleton to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle, not an anticipated repeat customer. Titus made it all come together. Young and energetic, Titus is committed to customer satisfaction. A small issue lingered after delivery. Titus did not give up or make excuses! He stuck with it until it was resolved and I am so impressed! I highly recommend Titus Brygger and Bergstrom Audi of Appleton for your next vehicle purchase!! More
