I have used this dealership for over 10 years. Service has been on gradual decline. This was worst experience I've had. Starting with trying to schedule; I called four times then got unprofessional respon has been on gradual decline. This was worst experience I've had. Starting with trying to schedule; I called four times then got unprofessional response when did speak to service scheduler. Day of appointment I was first one there and representative was flustered or overwhelmed. After almost two hours for oil change and inspection I was told my car needed a repair because of noise mechanic heard when original service was completed. I was told it was not safe to drive the car due to wheel bearing needing repair on left rear. When I called to see if repair was completed, I was told the right side was repaired and that now the left side was making a noise and should be repaired. When I went to pick up vehicle I questioned this and found that my jeep was listed as a mercedes. Also repair paperwork was for another customer. I was given paperwork with another customers information. My payment was taken then voided on my card. I did not receive a call back next day to straighten out this mess. I called service department and was told they were busy. And that my receipt would be mailed to me. I don't know if I really need repair, if my jeep was repaired, if it is safe for me to drive, I do know this is last experience I will have with berglund. Bedford is a small community and it saddens me to think this is kind of service that is offered in our town when we are ptrying to bring business to area. More

I was not pleased with what happen They was suppose to be doing oil consumption check. I got a jeep in November and was told it was certified preowned with warranty, when I asked for this in writing I was advised it will be on file( yes I am gullible), had an issue in December and sales person was gone finance person gone and no warranty to be found, still I went and got the second one , this time, they would not honor the on line price, said " it was a mistake" then I waited 4 days to pick up a purchased vehicle because they sold it before they had it ready to go. sales team acted as if this was all ok, I was without a car . NOT. I complained on the 4th day and still have not had a response as promised. Done with Berglund More
