Beyond angry I always try to add something positive before the negative. It started with total disrespect to me when I came into the service center to ask about the TPMS light. The warning light had come on when the temperature dropped. Between the nasty attitude and the feelings that I was being dismissed (Eddie), I regretted even walking in the door. I was having an issue with my speaker as well so I set up an appointment. So, issue 1, TPMS light... Hubby checked tire pressure and it was extremely low in all tires. Interesting since I had just had an oil change less than a month prior and that is one of the things they are supposed to check. Obviously they did not. Problem is bow resolved on my own. Issue 2, speaker in drivers side. OMG, the speaker was replaced. Great.... except they TRASHED my door!!! Scratches, gouges and ripped leather. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. I am meeting with the manager today so hopefully it will be resolved. But I am tied to the dealer since I am still under warranty (it is only a year old). More

GREAT SERVICE. GREAT SERVICE BUTONLY ONE SMALL ISSUE! ONE OF MY VALVE STEM CAPS IS MISSING. EITHER THE TECH FORGOT TO PLACE IT BACK ON TIRE OR IT WASNT THGHTENED ENO GREAT SERVICE BUTONLY ONE SMALL ISSUE! ONE OF MY VALVE STEM CAPS IS MISSING.
