First time appointment with this dealership today exceeded my expectations. Great atmosphere, super clean, nice coffee station, comfortable seating in wait area, wait less than expected, and staff ve exceeded my expectations. I had scheduled a service visit through the Mazda /x-time scheduling app earlier in the week with a discount service for oil/filter change and tire rotation. For whatever software reason error, the booking appointment did not populate the discount when we went to pay for service. The email for appointment confirmation included a download of the service appointment details, but when you attempt to open it, would just be blank. You can imagine how frustrating this could be as there was a rather large price discrepancy. Nonetheless, Diego from service was able to get me taken care of and went above and beyond about making things right. This will be my go to dealership for any future service visits and highly recommend anyone looking for their next Mazda to consider Bergey! More
