Wonderful used car purchasing experience Earlier this week we decided to buy a 2007 Toyota RAV4, V6 Limited Edition 4x4. After doing a search on the internet for the desired model, cargurus. Earlier this week we decided to buy a 2007 Toyota RAV4, V6 Limited Edition 4x4. After doing a search on the internet for the desired model, cargurus.com identified Bergey's Ford as one of the dealers who had the car in the area at a price well below that of local competitors. We emailed Bergey's late that evening hoping to get more information by the following morning as we needed to get the car no later than Friday this week, but were pleasantly surprised to receive an instant detailed response from Vincent Saracino within minutes of our inquiry. Satisfied with the answers obtained, we made an appointment to see the car on the morning of 11/21/14. Upon arrival we met with Vincent who greeted us and took us out to the lot where we inspected and test drove the car. We had a specific budget for car purchase which was slightly less than the already low advertised price of the vehicle. Vincent took the time to understand our situation and worked diligently and professionally with us and Bergey's management team to come up with a creative way to help lower the vehicle price to get us where we needed it. We made the deal 20 minutes after arriving at the dealership as we felt we were in trustworthy hands and knew we got a very good deal. This was our first experience buying a car where we felt a salesman was actually on the side of the customer!!! To add to our positive experience: Even though the car was already extremely clean when we test drove it, Bergey's ran it through a full detail. Once we got home and opened the hood to familiarize ourselves with the engine compartment we noticed that the car had a brand new battery installed in it. Turned out, Vincent overheard us mentioning to ourselves during the car inspection on the lot that a car battery may need to be replaced in a year or so and surprised us by having a brand new one put in right after the detailing at no charge. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a car!!! Thank you More

He had the car ready for us when we arrived. Nick was very attentive to our needs and even addressed some minor body damage that was on the vehicle. When we took the vehicle in for it's three month service. Nick and the Bergey's staff were awesome. Complete service with brake and rotor and body damage repairs at no cost to us. They even provided a rental car for us for a week. I then went back to Nick in November to replace my car and explained to Nick what monthly payment I needed. He worked with me and got me in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the payment I needed. Nick and Bergey's has made our car buying experience great! I called Vince early and he had all the paperwork ready to go before I made it to the dealership. I spent more time test driving the vehicle and going through it than I did signing paperwork. Everyone was very helpful and honest. I never felt so comfortable buying a car. They made me feel like family and I was in and out in about an hour.
