From day two we got the bait and switch from the corrupt salesman, purchased a car anyway and what a mistake. The car has inherent problems and after taking it back to the Bergeys we finally gave up with th salesman, purchased a car anyway and what a mistake. The car has inherent problems and after taking it back to the Bergeys we finally gave up with their service that could NOT repair the car.Then later when our local mechanic couldn't fix the problems we grudgeling returned to Bergeys to hear that there is no warranty on the car and it would cost a fortune. Horrible people. Beware! The FIRST time I went in for service Holly was in and argument with another customer, she later told me "I know EVERYTHING about your (Type of) car... and yet she does NOT display her certification as a mechanic, and argues with customers how they should be fixed. They claim integrity and they post all the good reviews(on their on private and deceptive site) and yet when you go to a neutral site you see how bad they are! More

I recently had my Cruze inspected and new tires were installed. Patrick took care of every aspect of the service. While waiting for my car, Patrick showed me the interior and exterior filters which were installed. Patrick took care of every aspect of the service.
