The appointment was to change the oil; however I was charged for rotating the tires, the process cost me $72. I was not expecting that amount. The big problem was the tech messed up my radio. It took me over 10 minutes to re-program it and it is still not correct. He had no business even touching the radio. He was supposed to be changing the oil.
