Overall Good Experience Joe Colon is an asset to this organization. If they could clone him this would be the most successful car dealership in the country. My only advice (complaint) to someone considering this dealership is to make sure you get what is promised to you in writing up front. I was promised a second key to my car after the dealer (not Joe Colon himself) contacted the previous owner to get the key. They were unsuccessful and offered to sell me another key to the vehicle (expensive!). Other than that, I felt the negotiated a fair overall price on the vehicle and Joe was extremely accommodating during the entire experience. I waited ~6 months to post this review to make sure the car was reliable. Very much so. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More

Willie then sat me in front my salesman by the name of Darrin Monroe who was very knowledgable on my truck i was looking at and made my whole time in the dealership enjoyable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free friendly experience while purchasing a car or truck. i now have the 2014 trd tacoma and i coulnt be happier i have wanted this truck for years and i now have it thanks to all the help from everyone at bennett toyata! However, this particular experience stands head and shoulder above the others all due to the professionalism and helpfulness of Adrian Sirbu. Adrian was straight forward and respectful of our time and at no time, did I feel that he was disingenuous or had the feeling of buying a used car from someone named "Butch"! Right after purchasing the RAV4 (which is an awesome vehicle, so check one out if you hadn't looked in a while), someone hit my wife. She showed up at the dealer the next day and Adrian dropped everything he was doing and escorted her to the body-shop and stayed until she left with a repair estimate. Above and beyond in my book and I will go to Adrian in the future and recommend you do also. By the way, the body-shop is new and a very nice facility. Everyone we worked with in sales, the finance office, service and body shop were fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. More

I am so happy I did because Chris Rice came out on the lot to talk to us and I knew right away that I would be comfortable talking to him. I am hearing impaired.
