Great Experience! We can't say enough about our experience at Bennett Toyota. All the staff at Bennett were so courteous and welcoming. Working with Connor Christman to We can't say enough about our experience at Bennett Toyota. All the staff at Bennett were so courteous and welcoming. Working with Connor Christman to achieve our sale was a very pleasurable experience. Within a few minutes of our online inquiry, Connor phoned to answer our questions and invite us to meet with him at the dealership. He was knowledgeable, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, showed us the car’s features, and answered any concerns. Also, very helpful, Eddie Torres spent time with us while completing the financial paperwork, etc. Meanwhile, the detailing of the car was done very quickly and efficiently. Our keys in hand, a few last instructions from Connor, a snapshot of the three of us taken by another very pleasant staff member, Jennifer Thomas, and we were off with our "new" car. All was accomplished like clockwork! More

Horrible Experience. I walked into Bennett hoping to get information/ballpark pricing on a Tundra. Currently I am in the process of shopping for a replacement for my VW di I walked into Bennett hoping to get information/ballpark pricing on a Tundra. Currently I am in the process of shopping for a replacement for my VW diesel. Since the car is being bought back by the manufacturer, I am not able to buy something for another 2-3 weeks; I am at the mercy of VW. Jim was not attentive to what I was saying, nor did he seem to even want to be bothered. Best example of the poor listening is when he asked me if I "would buy tonight if the numbers were good". When I replied "no" he asked me "what's wrong, didn't you like the truck". That was after he was told I had to wait for the buy back to happen. There were a lot of other incidents that happened in those 45min but it's not worth the time typing. Good news is that there is one less salesman I will be contacting when I buy. More

Always great service I bought my first Corolla in 2013 and unfortunally it was totaled by someone. I went to Bennett not expecting to buy that day. Because of how I was tr I bought my first Corolla in 2013 and unfortunally it was totaled by someone. I went to Bennett not expecting to buy that day. Because of how I was treated, I decided to buy that day. Jovan was great in helping me find the perfect Corolla for me. I was set on getting a LE model like the one I had and then he showed me the S Plus and I fell in love. They were able to work with my financial situation and I was able to drive away that day with my 2016 Corolla S Plus. I have had nothing but great experience with dealing with Bennett from sales to service. I would go back if I ever need another car. More
