The only drawback to the sales was the sales manager. Yes, he was 'ok' but he didn't want to 'dicker' in the slightest. The reason I gave in so easily is that the car & interior colors were just what my wife wanted, and the price wasn't bad. But do know that if I had more time, I could have gone over to the valley and got the same car for a several hundred less that what I paid at your dealership. Prior to this purchase, my last two cars I got either in the valley or in Portland, because the dealers here really didn't want our business. Again, Rick is a very nice guy and is very informed on the Honda's. Rick is an asset to your business. More

Inept On Repairs But Big On Replacing. They didn't even have the capability to diagnose my Prelude. It was a matter of start replacing things and see if that fixes the problem. Movin' on up Our family was in the market for a newer version of the vehicle we currently owned. Had our eye on a couple vehicles in the area and upon contacting Honda to inquire about the availability of the vehicle we were looking for, we were able to schedule an appointment with the sales consultant the next morning to view and test drive the vehicle. We liked what we saw so the sales process ensued. Pretty typical sales/negotiating process but all in all we walked about satisfied with the purchase. The door to door time was reasonable as neither my family and I, or the dealership, wanted our time wasted. Based on our experience we would certainly recommend Bend Honda! More
