Purchase of used 2011 toyota I traveled from Port Townsend to Bellevue (2 ferries etc. etc) to purchase a used Toyota for over $15,000. The salesperson was friendly and used his own $10.00 to put gas in the car for a good test drive experience. The actual purchase 'process' is where the experience fell apart for me. My points are: 1) Why not save time for all involved by stating up front, that the price on car gurus is the no haggle price? 2) Why wouldn't you provide a full tank of gas? 3) The battery in the car showed corrosion near the terminals. It would reflect goodwill and customer care to just replace the battery. Instead, there was a big show of having the service department test the battery & clean off the corrosion. This did not give me any peace of mind and made me doubt how 'well' the car had been checked over before I bought it. This compounded the poor experience and thus, I am hesitant to recommend this dealership. More

I was satisfied with the deal we negotiated and with the vehicle itself. Less than one month later I was in an accident and the car was totalled by my insurance company. The insurance paid me full value for the car but I was still out almost $2K for an extended warranty I had purchased with the car. I returned to Bellevue Nissan and explained my situation to Atilla. He made me an excellent deal on a similar car and gave me a new extended warranty at no charge. I could not be happier about the way Bellevue Nissan treated me! More

I've been a huge fan of that continuous variable transmission and nearly 160,000 miles later, it's been a super reliable car. To my surprise, Bellevue Nissan had our dream car on the used lot, a 2013 Jeep Unlimited Sahara with low miles and excellent shape. I've shopped all over for that color, Crushed Orange! Blake and the guys were amazing! They had us in the jeep seemlessly within the hour and now we are headed for the mountains and never looking back... We'll, except for all those oil changes and such.
