Not pleased. Professionalism at this dealer was not up to par with any in the Phoenix area. Professionalism shifted from client to client and I managed to receive the bottom end of it. Salesman constantly fo par with any in the Phoenix area. Professionalism shifted from client to client and I managed to receive the bottom end of it. Salesman constantly forgot my name, seemed too busy to provide adequate information about important vehicle factors and created a unwelcoming environment. If the vehicle was available at another dealer I would have bought elsewhere within 15 minutes of my arrival at Bell Road Mitsubishi. On a positive note, Bell Road Mitsubishi has a great car selection with a some salesmen focused on ensuring the customer is happy with their purchase. I am Gretchen, the car owner. I am very happy with Chris V. After Dakota went to Scottsdale, I thought you did not have very good advisors until Chris was hired. Keep him! I only have around 11000 miles on it and got it only 5 years ago. I am an old lady, don't drive very much but I need to know that my car is dependable and this one is.
