I had not been pleased when the dealership changed hands. The new sales people are your typical pushy car salesmen who don’t listen to what the customer says. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised when the service department honored a deal that came with the car when I bought from the previous dealership. The guys and gals in the service department (I specifically talked to Chris) are friendly and helpful. Chris apologized for my long wait, which I did not think was long at all considering what they did with my car. So my rating is more for the service dept, not the entire dealership. If the sales dept would take a page from the service dept, the dealership might go back to being the pleasant place it was before changing hands! More

The people who we dealt with for our service were wonderful. The shop is great to work with. We were taken care of with courtesy and knowledge.
