We had a hiccup the first time around with the service department. I voiced my concerns and they listened! Nicole and the whole team were awesome to work with this time. There were storms in the area which knocked out their phone system for a while but Nicole made an extra effort to be accommodating and never missed an update. All involved went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Our situation warranted a loaner when none were available, so one of the employees volunteered her personal vehicle while ours was being repaired. That was some old school customer service.
