Was on vacation in Myrtle Beach when truck started acting up. Took in on Wednesday afternoon and picked up Friday. Gave me a loaner truck to use for the two days they had mine. Nicole was very patient with me and handled my complaint like a pure professional. She was able to work with Kyle Bell who was also so helpful to convince GM to pay for a shoddy ac compressor that broke but like a pure professional. These compressors usually last for 80k miles and these 2 defenses me and the pled my case. Thank you!! More
