Great! Initial contact was with Terri who was very helpful in providing information, and scheduling appointment to test drive the vehicle I wanted. The process of trading in the old minivan to driving home in the wonderful new one is always long and a bit tedious, but this was a great experience. Insane labor prices I was dumbfounded. I look receipt after i was quoted price. No where did they tell me the part will cost me $15 and labor/service $605. it was to f I was dumbfounded. I look receipt after i was quoted price. No where did they tell me the part will cost me $15 and labor/service $605. it was to fix R exel on my car. $15 on the part and WHOPPING $605 on labor. GOOD GOD....that is insane. NO way besides free oil change i have for my car i will never go there for service again. I would not recommend Beaverton Toyota service to anyone. Friendly service does not make up for the STEEP prices and labor. Trust me you can find it half cheaper. Nick was awesome, but should have told me the price and broke it down, I would have said xxxx NO! More
