Quick to get things done and fix issues that came up. I took my 2017 Tacoma in for maintenance and the staff here was awesome. I wanted some small scratches buffed out as well and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They got me a rental car and had me on my way in no time. The truck was done faster earlier than projected too. More

3,000 mile check-up Friendly service, fast service, comfortable waiting room, service employee explained what they planned to do and how long it should take. I thought I was coming in for an expensive 60,000 mile service and he explained that wasn't necessary yet. The only problem I had and I can't say for sure it happened when they rotated my tires, but the next day, my front tire was low and I had it filled with air at the Les Schwabb in our town, but the next day, a back tire was completely flat. My husband filled it and I went back to Les Schwabb, where they told me the stems were not tight...again, it may have been a coincidence. Everything has always been great...I had my 4-runner for 15 years and my Highlander for 6...always coming back to Beaverton Toyota. Thank you! More

Nail in tire - quick fix I just purchased a '17 RAV and noticed a few weeks later that a light came on. I thought it was too early for a service, so I had Beaverton Toyota che I just purchased a '17 RAV and noticed a few weeks later that a light came on. I thought it was too early for a service, so I had Beaverton Toyota check it out. Turns out that I had a nail in my tire. The team quickly fixed the tire and sent me on my way. Jeffrey kept me informed and checked in on us as we waited; the staff was short that day. I liked that there was a play area for the kids while we waited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While I waited, Mati in sales helped me with a question about navigation. He was the ONLY sales person to help me as several passed me without even acknowledging me. he was very professional and friendly. More
