We absolutely agree you should have been contacted and informed of the delay in your repair, and apologize for the inconvenience to you and your grandson. It is always our intention to provide excellent customer service for our guests and clearly we fell short of this. In recognizing the importance of out guests time and improving efficiency we had implemented new scheduling software close to the time of your service. Unfortunately the software was "glitching" and overbooking our appointments. This is likely what caused the significant delay in your service work. There is however, no justifiable reason for you not to receive a phone call to relay the status of your vehicle, and again we apologize. We are continuing to work diligently to resolve these issues and expect the next time you visit be much more efficient.
