disappointed I left my car the night before my appointment so it would be there for my 8:30 service appointment. I was called at 7:10 the next morning to clarify my charges for the brake job which woke my wife up. I put 11:00 am on my drop envelope since I thought that would be adequate to get the brake job since Chris told me it would take 2-1/2 hrs. At 10:30 I called to see if it would be done on time and was told it would be 1:30. This was a problem because I needed to pick up my grandson before that. I felt I should have been told up front if my car could not be done as scheduled. More
