I was told by denise that my extended warrenty was changed to 100K miles, but she never did it. My wife and I were looking for a medium size sedan for a while. We have done some research online and visited a bunch of dealers. Our research helped us understand the options available and pricing but we were overwhelmed with options before walking in to Bayside dealership. Mr. Rashwan helped us through discovering the best option for our needs now and in the future. He provided us quotes for each scenario and recalculated everything if we purchased or leased. He was very cool and not rushing us at all. It helped us to select the right car and we test drove the Passat (on streets and highway) and lovvved it. Within minutes of making our choice the process was a breeze! We drove the car out of the dealership with full tank and luxe wash. Bayside Dealership hands down has earned me as a customer. It is little far from me but I heard a lot of good things from their service department and will go there for my maintenance checks. I brought it back and showed Ali, and he promised that he would take care of it. I am glad to say Ali kept his promise and despite a busy holiday schedule and the aftermath of Sandy still impacting the used car market and body shops, he arranged an appointment with a loaner for me. He also took care of my CPO copay for a few mechanical things I wanted checked out. When I got the car back, I couldn't believe how good it looked and all the mechanical issues were fixed. I call that true professionalism, They didn't have to do all of that, I had already bought the car. More
