He was upfront with me the whole time, kept in touch at every step of the way and overall made sure my second experience with a Honda dealership was finally a great one. The purchase took a little longer than I expected, but I was happy for that since it happened to insure the vehicle had a very recent TSB (recall) applied. It has been about a week since I am driving my newish Odyssey and the car just amazing in every way, and more importantly, no surprises after a more detailed inspection. I will definitely see Mark again in a few years for my next vehicle. More

As you know there are many fine cars sold today most similar to what Honda offers. However, my family would not even consider looking at other car makers. Why would we? From the first time I walked into Bay Ridge Honda on the recommendation of two neighbors I have been treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect by your very knowledgeable staff. Being a woman the fact that they never "talked down" to me was also a plus. They were patient as we went through the selection process, providing me with pros & cons of each option until we chose the car that was just right for me. This last visit was the easiest by far. I knew exactly what I wanted. I called Igor & within 24 hours he had the exact car I wanted. As a matter of fact when I told my husband I was picking up my new Pilot he said" how can you do that, you haven't even gone there yet". I became less and less excited about my new car with every passing hour. The hold ups were probably because it was New Year's Eve and that it was also a Saturday.
