The car market seemed highly competitive with dealers offering a multitude of offers and making all the promises in the world. For a buyer I think this adds to the complexity and confusion in terms of what is a right price and whom to trust. After talking to few dealers I decided to visit Bay Ridge even though it was 15 miles from my house in Jersey City. My very first experience talking to them over phone was quite a pleasant one and along with the quotation provided drove me to visit them. I had my appointment scheduled with Elizabeth and I was told she is the most experienced sales person. I never knew car buying can be such an experience and must thank Elizabeth for this. I found her extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate about her job. She had all the patience in the world to answer to my stupidest questions, I was impressed by her suggestions to choose the right trim and am convinced it completely maps to my requirements. I think this is big thing these days when most people will try to sell you the most expensive trim without thinking about what the buyer is looking for. My car financing to car delivery was completed in 1 week time without any hassles. Car delivery was an experience in itself with all the paperwork completed in 1 hour and Elizabeth focused on the minutest details like the car be tuned to the station I like, phone connectivity and demo of the features before delivery. I would like to mention CJ as well who handled all the financing related stuff with ease. I would highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda and you must speak to Elizabeth if you want your car buying to be an experience to remember! Shibesh More
