I waited 3 hours (checked twice) for the service to be complete. I finally went to the desk again and was told your car is ready. I asked about my issue and the person could not answer the question. I was told the original person, who took the information, would call the next day - they NEVER did call! I paid the bill and went to wait for my car, which took time to bring out to me. The Dealership staff was wonderful last year. The Service Department needs improvements. I will think twice before I return there for Service. More

Naturally, we were a little apprehensive dealing with a new salesman but once we met Mark he put our mind at ease immediately. He is the nicest and sincerest salesman we could of ever hoped for. This is our second lease we started with Mark and again the experience was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, friendly, accommodating, helpful and super nice.
