After doing extensive research on the internet when looking for a certified Accord, I went to Bay Ridge Honda because of their by the huge selection and the price given online. We negotiated a fair deal and there was no hard sell here as we experienced with other dealers. The day after we agreed on the price, I went back to pick it up. The pickup was fast and efficient. The service agent was very curt (to say the least) and the only concern was to get the customer to pay for things that doesnt need to be done.
