My first car was an Acura 3.2 TL and when I needed a replacement car I was sure that nothing else but a new Acura would be fit for me. Mike assured me that the Civic EX-L would be just as nice of a driv replacement car I was sure that nothing else but a new Acura would be fit for me. Mike assured me that the Civic EX-L would be just as nice of a drive and would allow me to have a nice, comfortable, economic ally sensible car, while I saved money (as I am entering law school next year). I was going back and forth btw leasing or buying a car and we decided that leasing a car would be better option for me. I was hesitant about leasing a car, but Mike B reassured me every step of the way. He was diligent in his explanations about the pre, during and post leasing process. He answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was annoying him (which I was being awfully annoying) and I greatly appreciate that. Mike called me that night to see how my drive home in my new car was, and both him and my new car really exceeding my expectations. I was shocked to see how well the civic did even in the snowy conditions that NY has presented to us this past month. It has VSA that kicked in when I needed it and I have had NOOOO problems getting around in this messy city. I love my car… and I would absolutely recommend anyone that is even thinking about getting any Honda car to get down to Bayridge Honda… and ask for Mike B… the office is friendly, inviting and you wont feel like you are a piece of meat and someone is ready to go in for the kill… like you do at many other dealerships…Thanks MIKE!!!! We set out looking for a CR-V LX to replace the current one on lease. We went to a different dealership prior to coming here and were not pleased with the price or the experience. The next day when i went in I was kindly greeted by a woman named Veronica who called the Sales Representative Al Hartley. He was very friendly and knowlegable about the Vehicles. Bay Ridge Honda is a Great place to shop for a car. They treat you right, explain everything and I also received a decent price for my trade-in. There are no pressures or any negativity. They also have the service department across the street that is open late. It is very convenient to bring your car in there and the prices for Oil Changes pretty good and they do it quickly and done right. These people know how to make you feel comfortable when buying a car. I will recommend everyone I know to shop for a car at Bay Ridge Honda. Thanks again :) More
