I knew exactly what I wanted before coming to Bay Gulf Imports Inc. I searched for a car, with details that I was looking for. I found this Kia car on autotrader.com and it had good descriptions and photo Imports Inc. I searched for a car, with details that I was looking for. I found this Kia car on autotrader.com and it had good descriptions and photos. Also the price was reasonable. I drove all the way from Melbourne (FL) to Tampa (FL) to check this car out. Owen was very nice, patient, and friendly. He allowed me test drive comfortably. And then he answered my questions about a several things about the car. Even though I am deaf, he was patient and tried his best in communicating with me by speaking slowly and wrote down on paper whenever I didn't understand what he said. The negotiation was smooth, and we agreed on the price. I was happy with the price that I offered and he accepted. If anyone wants to buy a car, it's a good idea to go to Bay Gulf Imports Inc, and make sure to ask for Owen!! More
