My fiance was the point of contact for our information and the entire staff worked at ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. Even with a trade in, I was shocked that I picked a car on Monday, test drove on Tuesday, basically got the car on Thursday, and signed the papers and drove away in my brand new car on Friday. My previous car buying experiences lasted much longer and did not seem like a priority. I can not say enough GREAT things about the salesmen (who worked together when the other sales person had the day off), the finance people, and my overall experience. I was not expecting the signing and financial information to take so long (1-2 hours) and was anxious to get to the airport to pick up my best friend. The staff worked together to move the process along (showing me the car, getting my things from my trade-in, explaining the way things work, and explaining my future appointments and care) while waiting to sign papers to make sure that I made it to the airport in time. It's little things that make a huge difference. Thank you so much! More
