I have always loved Basney. I miss the shuttle service as I have a very very stressful busy job, I got there right at 7 and the Uber never made it but it didn’t matter because t I miss the shuttle service as I have a very very stressful busy job, I got there right at 7 and the Uber never made it but it didn’t matter because they got me in and the oil change done by 7:45, enough time for me to make it to work by 8 am in a snowstorm! Kudos to the Basney Team! More

I arrived 1 hour early to pick up my car. It was not ready, Ok, my fault. I proceeded to wait for 2 hours. Short staffed. Ok, I get it. Finally given keys to my car. One key was for the wrong It was not ready, Ok, my fault. I proceeded to wait for 2 hours. Short staffed. Ok, I get it. Finally given keys to my car. One key was for the wrong car. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Get the car home, one of the warning lights I asked to have checked went on and has stayed on. Overall, not the most positive experience. Bob was friendly enough to talk with, but bottom line, he forgot that my vehicle was supposed to be ready on Saturday. He thought it was supposed to be Monday. Instead of what I thought was going to be a quick 15 minute pickup ended up being 2 hours of wasted time. More
