Randy helped me out on this visit. He was always friendly and made sure to keep me up to speed on all the details. He helped get things fixed under the warranties and went above and beyond to make sure every and made sure to keep me up to speed on all the details. Bad communication, parts not in though told they were. I needed to have my windshield replaced. Called in and then they texted me the quote. Told me all parts were in, so when could I come in - I offered t I needed to have my windshield replaced. Called in and then they texted me the quote. Told me all parts were in, so when could I come in - I offered the next day, but they pushed it to Monday and to be there as close to 7 a.m. as possible. Car was there at 7 a.m. Car would be ready Tuesday morning. When I heard nothing by Tuesday afternoon, I texted. Missing a part and it might be shipped that night. Wednesday, crickets. I finally texted at 1:00 on Wednesday asking if the parts were in and if not, could I come get my car until they are. Parts were in, but no technician to install it. Finally Thursday at noon, I get a text that it is finished, but needs to sit until 3:00 before I can pick it up. In addition, I have asked repeatedly for them to address me in the texts and email since it is my car, my number and my email. Have been told they would change it, but I still get the texts to my husband - who drives an Audi. His service doesn't take this long, maybe I should have bought the Audi and they would probably address me by name, not his. More
