I found a car I was interested in on Car Guru and sent a message stating I was interested. Chance contacted me right away and we set an appointment for me to go in and see the car. The car did end up sellin message stating I was interested. Chance contacted me right away and we set an appointment for me to go in and see the car. The car did end up selling the day before but Chance contacted me letting me know and was still willing to show me what else was available. I still went for the appointment and Sarah Bye greeted me and was the sweetest and very honest with me from the start. Once she figured out what I was looking for she went to work right away to find me something that worked in my budget. Unfortunately the car she did show me and really liked didn't work out the way we both hoped due to financing wanting a bigger down payment. Even though I left not thinking I would be getting a car, Sarah kept searching and went way over and beyond to help me get something. The same day I left the dealership she called me more excited than I was that she found something that would work for me and within the range I was looking for. She went me the pictures of the vehicle and I drove back to the dealership to test drive it. Even though she was supposed to get off at 5 pm she stayed and waited for me and went with me to test drive. I absolutely love the car and was able to get a way less monthly note than expected. She was absolutely the best and I can never thank her enough for her time and all the effort she put in to help me find something. I will definitely go back to Barker Honda and buy another vehicle in the future. Big thanks to both Sarah, Chance and their finance manager for all their help, time and effort.
