He was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't too pushy about making a sale, and made sure to answer every question we had. My husband and I ended up purchasing a new Subaru the same day to replace my leased car. The service team was great in getting the car ready to drive out of the dealership the same day. Although pleasant and extremely cordial, my interaction with Randy Sassone was somewhat limited. While Sandra was busy servicing another customer, Joe Orefice stepped in and went through a myriad of details with me; he was very patient and thorough. My only disappointment was to be told that my new auto should have ResistAll installed for another $795, which is what I had assumed came automatically with all new vehicles. Furthermore, Joe kept in touch with us throughout the process, keeping us informed regarding the progress being made (locating the vehicle I wanted, financing information, etc). He even checked in with us every few days after we purchased the car to make sure that things were going well and that we didn't have any questions. I found a vehicle for my wife online,contacted the dealership and Joe preceded to get in touch with me. He answered all my questions,and got me in and out,wasn't an all day affair.
