I wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had at this dealership and especially with sales associate Amber Palazzo. We stopped by the dealership to find out what our tradein would be worth a had at this dealership and especially with sales associate Amber Palazzo. We stopped by the dealership to find out what our tradein would be worth and what our final lease terms might be and 3 hours later not only did we have all that information but I was driving out of the dealership with a brand-new Subaru Impreza with the color and options that I wanted. I have bought and leased many cars and this was the quickest transaction ever. The price was better than expected with the least amount of haggling. And, everything was done for me. They obtained the lease payout on my trade and contacted my insurance company and got my new coverage so that I could drive home. I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED!!! Great job Balise Subaru and Amber!!! More

We walked in to Balise Subaru looking to test drive and learn more about the Cross Trek, and Subarus in general. We had looked at other vehicles and spoken to consultants at a few different dealerships (i learn more about the Cross Trek, and Subarus in general. We had looked at other vehicles and spoken to consultants at a few different dealerships (ie: mini, Chrysler/jeep). Joe was very friendly & pleasant from the moment we walked in. He was also knowledgeable regarding all the different Subarus. He listened to our needs and helped us purchase the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Joe went out of his way and took time to make us feel comfortable and helped us make an informed decision on which vehicle to purchase as well as explaining the benefits of Subaru as a car maker. If I have a friend looking for a vehicle, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Joe as to them, as I felt we were treated with respect and fairness. Michael in the finance department was super helpful and pleasant to work with as well. He made the financial process easy and understandable. Michael made it clear that we can phone him at any time and get any questions answered. His knowledge made it easier for us to go through the finance process and get the vehicle we wanted. Both of these gentlemen made us feel at ease, and that they were there to help us, not just to make a sale.
