Over multiple visits to Balise Subaru and Toyota dealerships, we narrowed down the vehicle that suited us best. Ed was always positive and professional. Yet, when I only had an hour for a given dealerships, we narrowed down the vehicle that suited us best. Ed was always positive and professional. Yet, when I only had an hour for a given encounter, it always seemed to take longer. This resulted in many more encounters than necessary. Also, we made it quite clear that the amount of money available in this negotiation was to include maximum warranty. The final stages were not salutory. With the handoff to the finance guy, the bottom line changed, and the warranty was now extra. We reconciled the first, but I ended up proceeding without the warranty, hence the OK rating for price and overall experience. I understand this finance guy is no longer with the company, but my experience stands as it was. More

Overall I'd rate my experience as positive. I visited Balise Subaru to test drive a 2008 MINI Cooper S. Within minutes I was behind the wheel on a test drive. I showed interest in the vehicle. I was never pressured but I'd say they are efficient at selling cars because within about an hour I was the new "owner" of the MINI. I can't say they pushed me into the car, because it was my choice, but it all went down a little fast for my taste. This was the only "negative" although some would probably say it's a positive. The MINI is a great car and they did a fine job getting me the lowest possible APR. Paperwork, insurance and loan payoff was a breeze. I feel my trade-in was under valued but where is it not? Again overall it was a good experience, customer service was good. Would I recommend Balise Subaru? Yes. Are they good at selling cars? Absolutely. More

After arriving at the dealership at the appointed time and being acknowledged by the sales manager, I was pretty much ignored for an hour and 20 minutes while I waited for my test drive.
