I had been searching for a used vehicle for about a month, when I found a used Hyundai elantra at Balise Subaru. I had heard good things about Balise Subaru, so I stopped by to look at what they had to offer. I wanted a Subaru Impreza because it has all-wheel drive, and is a smaller car than I have had before. Hi just wanted to say what a first great experience i had today visiting Balise Subaru. I just recently purchased a new 2013 subaru outback and although it was not purchased at Balise it was purcdhased out o today visiting Balise Subaru. I just recently purchased a new 2013 subaru outback and although it was not purchased at Balise it was purcdhased out of state....I called to inquire about service to my car because I live here in RI 2 miles from this dealership and explained I was having a problem with my blue tooth being paired with the car,,,,,they very nicely said no problem bring car in anytime they would be happy to help me. I am not very good technically but a young man by the name of Joe cukier was so patient and nice and very professional. He helped me with my problem and even spent extra time explaining a few other things to me. i told him he "made my day" and that he was my new contact person....his reply was call anytime he would be happy to help.
