An amazing experience. two years ago I went to a Nissan dealer near me, I was shocked to how bad the service was. the sales person actually left to another costumer without two years ago I went to a Nissan dealer near me, I was shocked to how bad the service was. the sales person actually left to another costumer without a reason. He made me feel discriminated against. I got very upset and left the place, but as I was getting in to my car the manager came after me and asked me to come back in. He was a real gentleman and very much fixed the damaged of the unprofessional sales person. Now, two years later, I went back to the new and improved Nissan dealership and this time my husband and I were welcomed from the minute we stepped in to the time we were assigned to that young man who introduced himself as Donny Chakoian Jr. originally, I went to check out a deal and wasn't sure if I'll actually buy. I thought, I'll just go and see what is going on. Donny with his charm and sweet personality made our trip worth while. He wasn't only a charming young man, but a very professional salesman as well. He listened to us and answered the many questions my husband and i had to ask with patience, an open mind and a big smile. Before we know it, we were already working on a deal to buy my new 2015 Nissan. For the first time, I come across a salesman who is genuine and honest like Donny.
