From what I have gathered for information in regards to your less than perfect experience here at Majestic Honda North. Apparently you had come in on a Saturday without an appointment and we performed an oil change per your request. You had also wanted us to check out a noise. At that time we could not detect a noise. My senior advisor wanted to schedule an appointment for you to leave the vehicle during the week. Nine days later again with out an appointment we try our best to accommodate you. We find some loose and missing clips, we reattached the splash shield and retest. We also tightened your plate frame for you. I guess you had still a noise when driving the vehicle. Im glad Sears was able to retify you exhaust noise. Regards, Management

I appreciated your first oil change service. But what do you mean by "Nine days later again with out an appointment we try our best to accommodate you."? I made a full service appointment on 11/12/2012 for this issue as your suggested. Your SENIOR advisor checked my car and found something wrong. I DID request him to double-check before discharge me and I had been told that the problem has been fixed! But it was not! I heard the noise right after I drove on highway. That is why I returned to the garage. I thought you might need more time to figure it out which is okey to me, coz I could wait ...But you asked me to leave and need to make another full appointment. How many vacation days do you have a year? Why your SENIOR advisor could not look at it one more time since I already made a full service appointment that day??? I am glad that that Sears rookie mechanic fixed me car in 30 mins without asking a penny. That made me thought that either Majestic Honda is not qualified for its service or you don't respect customer's time and money.
