I went to Balise with set parameters. And man, did they ever match them, and exceed. Not only did I get the Car I wanted, with the payments I wanted, but even the color. Edwin Alfaro got the rate I wanted, and explained some extra coverage, which I did happen to purchase a few. The tire coverage, total loss protection, and car care elite program just made good sense. They were friendly, not pushy, met my needs, and more than fair. I can't stress more than fair enough. They even gave me a trade on my old car that was being serviced. Wasn't expecting that. My experience at Balise was a pleasant one. Carl Passarelli was my car dealer. I felt totally comfortable without any added pressure. Which was very reassuring. So I ventured up to Balise to check out the car I was interested in. I was kind of nervous because the dealer I corresponded with via email had the day off. But Carl came over and introduced himself and we chatted a bit and went for a test drive. We did everything afterwards, checking the car over, doing the Carfax and assisting me with any question I could possibly think of, and etc. Honestly this was probably one of the best experience that I had with a car dealership. Right down to financing with my man Edwin Alfaro. Both of these guys were straightforward and honest. Very key! Even thou it was a used chevy Impala that I brought, it was very sharp and clean. I had been looking for a GM extracab 1500 for the past two months on the internet and every dealer would say the same thing when I would call on a truck. I buy 2 new cars every year and I helped my son inlaw look for a truck so I went to alot of dealerships. When I walked into balise I asked for the general manager and joe came right out to see me even th look for a truck so I went to alot of dealerships.
