James has been our service advisor for over 6 years and is fantastic. He takes great care of my Titan pickup and my wife's Pathfinder. Last Friday afternoon about 2 pm I called Carlos Escobar and asked if he could fit me in for a rear brake job, since my brakes were really bad and going metal on metal. He said maybe. I asked him to check and he called me back and said they could do it. I arrived about 2 pm and waited for my car. Carlos made sure it was done promptly and even my cost for the pads and rotors was less than I expected. He was able to use a coupon I brought in. I have experienced this extraordinary level of service from Carlos since he came on board, many years ago. I have a choice of taking my car elsewhere, but because Carlos looks out for me, I continue to bring my 2006 Maxima to Baker Nissan. By the way, I have over 256,000 miles on it. Thanks, Carlos! More

We came in for a strange noise in the front engine compartment and were skeptical if they would be able to find the cause. To our pleasant surprise, they did, and the problem was worse than we expect compartment and were skeptical if they would be able to find the cause. They replaced the problem components and we had our car back in about three days, which was pretty fast in my opinion, especially given that they were swamped on the first day we had the car they and didn't really look at it until the next day. Shaun Hazeley was very professional, courteous and helpful. He deserves a "pat on the back" for customer care! More
My most recent experience with Baker Nissan was fantastic starting with the check in for a service appointment. Carlos Escobar greeted me upon entry and advised me he would be right with me as soon as he fi starting with the check in for a service appointment. Carlos Escobar greeted me upon entry and advised me he would be right with me as soon as he finished handling the customer on the phone. Following a few questions, Carlos brought up my estimate of service items to be completed and reviewed them to make sure I agreed to the work to be performed. Carlos advised he would call me personally to advise of any changes to the work and true to his word he did. The work done on the vehicle was scaled back as the mechanics found the problem(s) to be less than originally estimated (to my advantage/surprise). The charges were far less than originally estimated and the work completed on a timely basis. The new Baker Nissan facility is ample, clean, well lit and accommodating should you decide to wait for an extended period of time. Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant and I would recommend friends and/or family to Baker Nissan for vehicle repairs. More
I have come to Baker Nissan ever since I purchased my car in 2009 and I continue to come here because of the great service that I recieve. The staff in the service department have been here for quite some t in 2009 and I continue to come here because of the great service that I recieve. The staff in the service department have been here for quite some time. Turn over is low which must mean this is a great place to work. They always are very prompt in getting what needs to be done to my car. If it does happen to take a while, they let me know right away. If there are silly things that I take my car in, they do not make me feel ridiculous, but either take care of the issue or show me what I am doing wrong. I would always recommend this dealership. WOW!!! what a exceptional experience. I brought my murano in for service due to a subtle roaring noise in the rear end. He has been my service manager and has never failed to let me know that my concerns are his concerns. James has always gone above and beyond to get me checked in right away, and help me with my service needs. He provides great personalized attention, I get updates from him throughout the day regarding my vehicle and have never been disappointed in the care I receive from him at Baker Nissan North. He definitely gets the 5 star rating in my book. The rest of the staff are very willing to assist and make sure that my needs are taken care of in the quickest and most efficient way. I love this dealership, the service they provide and the personalized attention I receive. My husband and I will never shop another dealership for a vehicle.
