I did have a mechanical problem in the break system with my Nissan Sentra and I was put on a waiting stage in Katy AutoNation with the excuse that I had to wait for the repair part to be order and received my Nissan Sentra and I was put on a waiting stage in Katy AutoNation with the excuse that I had to wait for the repair part to be order and received in order to get my car fix. That was over a month ago and I still waiting for their call to let me know when they can fix my car. When 3 weeks pasted, I call them and they said that I have to keep waiting because they didn't know when they were going to have the part in. I decide to call Baker Nissan North and they asked me to bring my car in for an evaluation and to confirm the issue in my car. I did that the next day in the morning and Mr. Escobar told me that I had to leave my car and they will have it fix within 24 hours. I was very happy and surprised that Mr. Escobar called me only a few hours later to let me know that my car was fix and ready to be pick up. It took Baker Nissan only a few hours, when I still waiting for the people in Katy AutoNation (For about 5-6 weeks) to get my car fixed. That is why I am completely satisfied with the customer service at Baker Nissan North. Their timely response to my concern really shows their efforts to keep people safe and happy about their investments. I will definitely recommend Baker Nissan North to any body, any time, without thinking about it! More
I brought my 2013 Altima to Baker Nissan North due to a noise problem with what I thought was related to the transmission. Christina, my service advisor took all the info and let me know she would be in to noise problem with what I thought was related to the transmission. I received a call back later that morning that the issue was related to the alternator and the part was coming from another dealer and should arrive around 2pm at which point they would install the new part. Christina then called back a little after 3pm saying my car was ready. Simple, timely communication and realistic estimates from her were the things that are usually missing from other repair shops, but that customers like me really appreciate. I would definitely do business with Baker Nissan North in the future. More
Well I took my Juke in for a recall repair. I did not know about the repair because I had moved since I purchased the car. After learning about the recall, I called Baker Nissan & spoke to Christina. She was very helpful, told me about the recall & that it would not be a problem getting the repair take care of. We set up a day & time, I took my car up & dropped it off. She kept an eye on the repairs & let me know when the car was finished & ready to pick up. Very clean waiting area, very kind staff. Work was completed in a very timely manner & great people there to help. I would recommend giving them a call or taking your car in for any repairs. As I sat & waited I looked at pricing for different services & they seemed very competitive to other places. More
i have a 2011 nissan murano that i bought brand new from baker nissan south dealership. the vehicle was involved in an accident in June 2013. we chose nissan north collision center to fix the damage because baker nissan south dealership. the vehicle was involved in an accident in June 2013. we chose nissan north collision center to fix the damage because we trusted them. on the day we went to pick the vehicle, we saw a damage that was not repaired. we asked the service adviser why that spot was not repaired. it was exactly on the side of the car that was damaged in the accident. he apologized and promised to submit a claim for it and get it fixed. he was suppose to call me back and let me know how it went. he never did. i called him two days later to get an update. he said that the insurance company would not fix it. it was not a good customer service to let me know about it after i called him instead of him initiating the call as soon as he learned of the insurance company's reply. i told him i would call them back and let him know their reply. i called the insurance company and asked them why they would not cover the damage. they said it was the belief of my service adviser that it was not a damage from the accident. instead it was a rock chip. therefore, they would not cover it. this was a slap in the face. the man and the dealership i trusted and thought he was working for me now chose to spare the insurance company from taking care of their responsibility. i was shocked. i called the adviser ( can not call him my adviser at his point) why he would tell the insurance company it was not part of the damage from the accident. his defense was that i did not show him the damage. first of all this was dishonest. he never told me that the damage was not part of the accident when i asked him why it was not fixed. secondly, i showed him where the damage was. i did not even had to show him. that was the only damage on the front of the car. thirdly, how could he fix everything around this area and claim that part was not from the accident? he again promised to bring the insurance company out to the dealership and show them the damage that was not covered. i insisted that at this point he did the damage him self and nissan should find a way to rectify the damage. he promised he would take care of it. two days later, i gave him a call and he was out.again i called two days later on a Monday. he answered the phone and told me that the vehicle was ready. i went out to the dealership to pick the car and discovered that the damage has not been fixed. i went to speak to the manager about it. the manager called him to the office and asked him why he had to involve himself like that. the manager said nissan does not decide what the insurance company should and should not cover. he apologized to me. would i trust nissan to fix my car again? no!!!at least, not by its collision center!!!! my experience tells me that nissan collision center under cut its customers to be on good side with the insurance companies. I brought my 2009 Maxima for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked if they could look at why my tire sensor, which flickered a few days before. I was greeted by a polite attendant, who asked me to wait for a service advisor. I didn't have to wait long in the driveway. David Bentz (service advisor) took my information and was very friendly and professional. I went in to wait. He gave me updates twice throughout the service and told me about issues found while they were servicing my car. I chose to go only for the air filter change. He personally came to tell me that he had dropped off my paperwork at the counter and I was ready to go. My car was also washed. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The Service waiting area is also new and clean. ALL of my previous experiences at Baker Nissan North Service Dept have been outstanding. I don't take my car anywhere else for oil changes. More
My Dodge Ram pickup has been through the ringer, especially since it's one of the few 95 models on the road. On Wednesday, July 31, 2012, I bought my car into the Nissan Service Center in Cypress, Texas to have my brakes and tires inspected in accordance with the manual requirements. Mr. David Bentz worked wit Nissan Service Center in Cypress, Texas to have my brakes and tires inspected in accordance with the manual requirements. Mr. David Bentz worked with me to ensure that I received an honest and fair assessment of my vehicle status. As a result, I received a very honest inspection of the work that needed to be accomplished on my car. The only work required was a simple oil change, air conditioner filter replacement and wiper blade replacement. The average service facilities around town would have advise me that I needed brake work and tire replacement, even if the work was not required. Thank you to Mr. Bentz and the service technician (G. Smallwood) for your honesty. More
