Excellent Experience I had done some research into subaru's and I had two vehicles that I was interested in. I met with Beverly and she was very nice. She let me test driv I had done some research into subaru's and I had two vehicles that I was interested in. I met with Beverly and she was very nice. She let me test drive both vehicles and sat done with me and gave me information about both vehicles. She also gave me pricing options for both even though there was a chance that I would not end up buying a car there. In the end I was told that either car I wanted wouldn't be in for a couple of weeks so I had time to think about things. I did a little more looking online, but I knew that I wanted to get the impreza and so I communicated with Beverley via email and responded quickly. After two weeks the car came in earlier I contacted and met with Beverly that day and started the buying processing. She was so willing to meet with me even on her days off, which was super convenient. The day I picked up the car she walked through everything with me. We test drove the car, went over the manul and she handed me off to Lori in the finance department. Everything went very smoothly with her as well. She had mostly everything printed already I just had to add my signature which made for a fast and painless process. After signing all the papers I met back up with Beverly and she helped me set up my car's bluetooth. After leaving I felt very comfortable to contact her with any future questions I have about my car and also with my purchase. This was the first new car I had ever purchased in just my name and she made it a very smooth and stress free process. More

He was very patient and was willing to devote as much time as it took in helping us get to know how our new Outback systems work. Lori did an excellent job in explaining the "extra" programs available to us and in completing all our necessary paperwork. The dealership was clean (even the service entrance) and all seemed very pleasant. More

Our salesperson, Michael Goessler, quite simply made this the best car-buying experience in my life (FYI, I'm 58 years old). He was very knowledgeable and professional. Mike's priority was making sure I bought the right car for me. Addionally, Mike was very clear and fair in both his offered sale price and trade-in allowance. Could not recommend Mike any more highly! (PS... Kari Scalercio was also very helpful during times when Mike was busy with other customers) (PPS... Traded a Mercedes s500 for an Impreza-Kari is the best! I was hesitant to "trade down" from my Mercedes, but it was certainly time as it was a 2004. I went to Baierl because I previously knew Kari socially. I was hesitant to "trade down" from my Mercedes, but it was certainly time as it was a 2004. I went to Baierl because I previously knew Kari socially. I dreaded the car buying/leasing process and my fears were realized when I visited other dealerships. That all changed when we went to Baierl. The little things that Kari did, such as showing my 6 year old where the train table was over in service so that he could play while we took care of looking at the car and starting the paperwork made all the difference. What could have been a fiasco with a screaming 6 year old turned in to an extremely pleasant experience. If you're looking for a Subaru, look no further than Baierl and definitely ask for Kari! More
