Our salesman, John Modafarri, was patient, very clear and thorough explaining and answering all of our questions. We were greeted by General Manager Bob Gavita who introduced us to Mr. Modafarri. Neil Schultz also was patient and thorough dealing with finances and extra services available for our new Forester. When we were finishing our purchase, Mr. Gavita came in and thanked us for dealing with them and assured us that we could call anytime if we needed anything dealing with our car. Best price , no hassle I highly recommend this dealership. My local dealer wanted $900 more for same car , and couldn't provide me with the model and color I wanted. I got the best price from Baierl online and they had the exact car color model and options I wanted. I got to the dealership and 1 hour 15 mins later I was driving back home in my new Subaru. She took the time to explain things, and answered all our questions. She made the car buying experience very good, and earns top marks. We would have given a lot higher rating, however, if not for the "ambush." When we met with the Finance Guy, Neal, at signing, we were completely taken off guard with the options of warranty coverage. No mention of the various financial options or warranty coverage was presented to us prior to signing. We felt we were ambushed and had no time to prepare, and no time to think nor discuss as a couple, which warranty coverage would best fit our needs. We went into his office, was presented the options, and then felt we needed to make a snap decision right then. We (my wife and I), did not have the privacy to even discuss what we wanted. Initially in Neal's office, it took me a number of minutes to figure out what numbers he was presenting, and why. We feel this was a pressure tactic to get us to buy more warranty coverage. We would have appreciated knowing what the warranty options were up front, having time to research and discuss our best option, then coming prepared at signing. More

Usually I dislike the car buying experience but Patrick made it very easy and gave me a great deal/experience. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone. More

Beverly is a great sales rep. She doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't want unlike some of the other sales reps we've dealt with in the past. She's great and she's patient with customers with small children who like to ask a million questions. More
