Patrick Dugan was more than awesome. On top of selling me my perfect vehicle, he was on top of making sure we got there as coming from out-of-state, we got so lost it was not funny. Had he not been on top of things, really, I would have turned around to go back to dealers in my state. Then my son threw up everywhere just as we entered the offices and this time surprisingly, an employee (Patrick Dugan) cleaned up my son's mess. Honest to God, usually I have been handed a mop and a bucket. That, to me was really just going up and beyond normal duty and those are things that don't seem to matter to most employees but in actual sense, matter the most to customers and it is hard to forget such customer service. I bought a big vehicle and test-driving it was intimidating and of course Patrick was very encouraging..."you can do it" was all he repeatedly said and indeed I did it, otherwise, I was ready to settle for less. And considering how nervous I was driving off with such a big vehicle, he made sure to check on me two hours later just to make sure my kids and I made it home safe and sound. Way to go Patrick and thanks for everything. More
