We were greeted warmly when we first arrived at the lot and since we where “just looking” we were told that we wouldn’t have to deal with pushy sales people, and we weren’t! We brought our Ram 1500 in for a ABS code that was being thrown. The service department was prompt and diagnosed the issue right away. The module that needed to be replaced was on quite a long back order. B thrown. The service department was prompt and diagnosed the issue right away. The module that needed to be replaced was on quite a long back order. But Kim and the whole team did a great job finding a part. Taking time to communicate with us about the timelines. And then when the part did make it in, provided us with such great care during the service. Repair was efficient. Customer service was top notch. And pricing was beyond reasonable for what needed to be taken care of! I was blown away by the entire staff at the Bachrodt Service Department - but Kim especially was so great to work with! More
