We planned on getting a white vehicle with tan interior but thanks to Alain we ended up with a gorgeous black on black x5 ! He was very professional and a great customer advisor/salesman. He made the purchase process very smooth and easy to us. Alain was patient in the whole process, and explicitly explained all the fees /taxes that applied. Thanks to him the final price was exactly what we wanted. Also, we didn’t feel rushed. Alain stayed late, if not after hours, to finish this transaction.
