As someone who works in technology professionally, I can recognize when someone has a deep understanding of the products they support. Luke was incredibly detailed, well-spoken, and clearly knew the vehicle inside and out. He explained features thoroughly and answered every question with confidence and professionalism. What impressed me even more was his ability to adapt his explanations for different audiences. While I am very technical, my wife is not, and Luke did an excellent job making sure she understood everything as well. She walked away feeling confident with the vehicle's features and never felt like he was talking over her head. On top of that, Luke showed us several features and capabilities that we didn't even know the vehicle had. His passion, patience, and expertise made the entire experience exceptional. If I could rate Luke higher than 5 stars, I would. His knowledge and training added as much value to our ownership experience as any repair or service ever could—perhaps even more, because these are the features we use every day.
