Overall, I would give Tischer BMW a rating of 5. I had been looking for a pre-own certified 5 series BMW. I stopped by and looked at the inventory and walk inside to get some details. I was put in touch with Tischer BMW by a work colleague, I was advised that they were a very good dealership and extremely professional. To my delight I found that my colleagues advise was correct. The same day that I contacted Tischer BMW I received an Email from Mr Brian Cunningham, offering me his assistance in finding a BMW for me. The customer service provided by Mr Brian Cunningham was excellent and second to none. We conducted most of our dealings over the phone and internet and Mr Cunningham was also was very prompt in either returning my calls or answering my Emails. The advice and guidance he gave was always very accurate. Within a few days we had estabilshed which car I was going to purchase. Nothing seemed to be of any trouble to Mr Cunningham with his assistance to me. There were a few minor details, scratches and stone chips on the BMW I bought which needed to be rectified prior to me finally taking delivery of the vehicle. Mr Cunningham ensured these were fixed immediately and the quality of work was fantastic. Unless you had seen the scratches and stone chips before they were rectified you would nevr know they had been there. Due to my work schedual I was unable to return to the Tischer BMW dealership to collect my vehicle once the touch up work was completed. I explained my predicament to Mr Cunningham and he completely understood and without me asking, he volunteered to drive the vehicle to my home address and deliver the car to me in person. Nothing seemed to annoy Mr Cunningham and he was always very friendly and professional throughout. My rating for the overall experience of dealing with Tischer BMW and is a rating of excellent. Everyone at the dealership especially my client advisor Mr Brian Cunningham were very professional, nothing was ever a problem, everyone was always very friendly and approachable and completely honest. Prior to contacting Tischer BMW and Mr Cunningham, I conducted research on line to find the BMW I was looking for and what the relevent price would be. Once Mr Cunningham and I had found the BMW I wanted we worked on the sales price and when we ended up with the final figure I had to pay I was very content. It was a very competetive price in regards to the other vehicles I had identified, but with the vehicle I purchased I had the security of buying from a reputable, professional dealership. The salesman Mr. Joshi (Kailish) was unbelievably friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first purchase of a "luxury" car (I am purchasing the car more for performance than luxury) and had in the past only purchased "basic" factory equipped cars including manual transmissions. I came into the dealership with a list of options and the BMW model I felt best met my needs. Mr. Kailish took a great deal of time helping me select the BMW model that best met my needs (which, significantly, was different than what I had originally thought I had needed); and selecting the most appropriate options, carefully pointing out to me options on my list that actually duplicated some of the functions of the other selections. (Prior to my visit to Mile One Tischer BMW I had visited another dealership, and this duplication of functionality was not pointed out to me). Additionally, Mr. Kailish very willingly responded to my request to test drive two different BMW models to resolve some of my last concerns. Mr. Kalish's input was key in my final choice of BMW model and options. We immediately came to an agreement on a purchase price that was within the "good price" range according to Consumers Reports "New Car Preview 2011". I did not see a need to "deal" for a lower price since 1) The car I "built" needed to be produced, it was not an inventory item; 2) I regarded any extra profit for the dealer and commission for Mr. Joshi as one way to acknowledge my appreciation for the provided customer service. Upon completing of the paperwork for the purchase, the Internet Sales Manager, Mr. Michael Bolgar, came over welcoming me as a new BMW owner and asked me how I felt about this car buying experience (first time I have ever been asked this question). My reply was highly complimentary of Mr. Kalish. During the course of my conversation with Mr. Bolgar, I mentioned that i have always taken extremely good care of my cars, much beyond the normal recommended maintenance schedule (all of which has always paid off with 150,000+ miles of trouble-free service out of every car I have ever owned). I also mentioned that I certainly wanted to continue this practice with the BMW I had just purchased. Mr. Bolgar, himself a long-time BMW owner, provided me with incredibly useful information on this issue . Mr. Bolgar additionally informed me about the benefits of joining the National BMW Owners Club, which I have joined. This was just an unbelievably positive car buying experience. Everyone involved in the sale was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am truly looking forward to my future interactions with this dealership. More

I found them to be extremely knowledgeable about the technical details/options of the car (Kevin) and financing options/incentives (Joanna), and they were not "pushy" in the slightest. Kevin went so far as to stop me from buying the car before I had the chance to check out one particular option at my local dealer. I also highly recommend Tisher BMW in general. I landed upon them after looking into the certified inventories of ~15 dealers in three states. Tisher had precisely what I wanted and for a very competitive price. More
I picked up my new BMW on Friday, August 13, 2010. My salesperson, Kailash was cheerful and helpful as usual. I arrived earlier than the time we agreed upon. Kailash made me feel right at home and even introduced me to the family he was helping; they were there to pick up their BMW that Kailash sold to them. All of us were all smiles and we all seemed like family!! When it was my turn, Kailash went over every single detail about my car and demonstrated how EVERYTHING worked!! This experience was great for me, my previous BMW salesperson was not half as thorough as Kailash and I found myself resorting back to the manual on numerous occasions. It was getting pretty late, I had spent a substantial amount of time talking with Anthony who handled my lease agreement, might I add that Anthony was pleasant as well and just as patient; I had questions and kept going back and forth undecided with certain issues. Kailash was very patient, and I as I stated before it was getting late, but this did not cause Kailash to cut corners in explaining the controls and navigation system of the car. You can not go wrong with purchasing a vehicle from the wonderful Kailash. I will see him again for my next BMW! More

After a brief introduction to the dealership and ordering process my wife and I test drove a new 335i Coupe with no concerns on the time we took to fully explore all of the features of the car. Since the color we wanted to order was not in stock, Andy drove us over to the detailing and body shop to see the new car managers car, which was our color. Andy handled the order in a low pressure and highly professional manner and we were very satisfied with the price. He even suggested that we take Performance Center Delivery in South Carolina, which we would recommend to everyone. Andy kept us up to date on the status of the car during production and shipping, worked with the Performance Center to get a delivery date that worked for our schedule and made sure everything was ready in time for delivery in South Carolina including the installation of floor mats and our permanent tags. After returning from delivery, Andy has kept in touch to make sure everything went well with the delivery and that the car is performing to our expectations. Car buying can be stressful, but Andy and the staff at Tischer BMW work hard to make it a learning experience and fun time. More
