I came in to look for a CPO 3 series wagon for my fiancée and met with Andy Perez at Tischer BMW. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt over-pressured to buy, which I really like in a salesman. Impressed with the BMWs but not quite ready to buy, we parted ways. Andy kept in touch and a few weeks later I was ready to buy a BMW. But this one first would be for myself; I was very impressed with the BMW. Kudos to BMW AG for making a fantastic car! Researching BMWs at over 10 BMW dealerships in the area, I found the most-suitable vehicles for myself online at some other BMW dealerships. But first I got in contact with Andy from Tischer BMW even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for online. I contacted Andy because I was so impressed with him and the Tischer team I had interacted with a few weeks ago. Andy of course sweet-talked me into paying him a visit first. I was glad to. Andy then helped me find my dream vehicle and kept us well within my budget - which is always appreciated. He went out of his way to know every detail of the car I wasn't happy with. Again he didn't pressure me to immediately buy the car. We discussed some numbers and left it at that: just numbers. Michael was very helpful here with helping me feel satisfied with our agreement. Over the course of the next week Andy had everything taken care of, even beyond my satisfaction. My satisfaction was clearly on the top of his priority list. Once this work was done he invited me in to take a look at the BMW. We took a look back at the numbers, which he honored from last week, and I bought the BMW. Shout out to Joanna McCarthy for being extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, even with the specifics of out-of-state military registration. The employees at Tischer BMW are absolutely wonderful. I recently purchased a BMW and the Store manager Rick was extremely nice and helpful. I couldn't believe he remember who I was considering the amount of customer he probably deals with on a day to day basis. One of the employees at the service desk, Juan Rubio also did a great job in getting me a loaner car and making sure I was familiar with all the car features. He was very friendly and I was impressed with his level of customer service. Overall, I can see the employees at Tischer BMW worked very hard and care about their customers.
